As the ice starts to melt, Parity is looking towards May 16th, which will be 10 years to the day Parity was founded from the merger of two companies: a theater production company and a women's advocacy organization.  THIS WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH, HELP US PROTECT THE NEXT DECADE OF WORK The Parity Community Spotlight is our 2026 initiative focused on using our platforms to highlight theaters, organizations, and individuals doing equity-driven work in NYC and beyond.
