FIRST By Joey Banks and Vee Council   Chaos erupts at a Christian university when a queer student becomes the frontrunner for Student Council President, forcing the election committee to grapple with institutional bigotry and personal biases. OMEN A New Musical by Jocelyn Moen   What if Shakespeare's heroines got a day of freedom?
