SEXUAL ASSAULT AWARENESS MONTH:
HELP END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN
50% OFF RELATED TITLES

IT WAS RAPE
"The film is especially important now, as the conversation
about rape culture is more prevalent than ever. It is an
important step in empowering victims."
                                         Policy Mic

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month. Please join us in the nation-wide effort to support over 1.3 million women who have experienced sexual violence.

Our film selection features IT WAS RAPE, directed by Jennifer Baumgardener, a feminist filmmaker, activist, and author of "Manifesta: Young Women, Feminism, and the Future." Baumgardener's powerful documentary lifts the voices of eight very diverse women beyond the news headlines and startling statistics, and effectively addresses issues surrounding rape culture.

Advocates, organizations, and colleges will find that our robust collection of VAW titles is a resourceful tool for creating vital conversations that help end victim-blaming, and provide avenues for prevention. The collection also includes Emmy-winner PRIVATE VIOLENCE, which has been used widely to challenge all forms of violence against women. In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we are offering a 50% discount off the following titles, and a special offer to our VAW groups for $49:
