Join the NY Healthcare Safetynet Committee for an afternoon of health and wellness. Come for free food, free services and important information! 

When: Friday, Nov. 7, 2014
Health Fair: Noon-4 p.m.
HIV and Hepatitis C Screenings: Noon-3 p.m.
Free Flu Shots*: 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Information and services will include**:
Blood pressure readings, BMI screenings, chair massages, cholesterol and glucose screenings, dental information, ear seeds, flu shots*, glaucoma and vision screenings, hearing tests, HIV and Hepatitis-C screenings, pain management screenings, reflexology, reiki, spine analysis, vocal health tips and more.
