Shriekfest
Shriekfest is a festival dedicated to getting horror/thriller/scifi/fantasy filmmakers and screenwriters the recognition they deserve. The festival is held in Los Angeles at the world famous Raleigh Studios! Shriekfest has a NEW category and we are very excited about it: Demo Reels. Most industry people have a demo reel and many have trouble getting people to watch it. This new category allows industry people to judge it and then the top demo reels will screen at the festival! We will be awarding prizes to the winning filmmaker in each category.

Athena Film Festival
Now in its seventh year, the Athena Film Festival, is an engaging weekend of feature films, documentaries and shorts that highlight women’s leadership in real life and the fictional world. Saari Residency
The Saari Residence is a tranquil facility and a fruitful meeting point for artists and researchers. The Saari Residence offers Finnish and non-Finnish artists, critics and translators the chance to work intensively for a period of two months in a relaxed countryside setting from September to April.

ANPF’s flagship festival is an international playwright competition that culminates in the reading of four new plays chosen from hundreds of submissions by a cadre of volunteer readers. This unique and much-loved five-day festival in Ashland, Oregon, features professional actors from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the community. The event includes rehearsals and two staged readings of each winning play.

We feel that playwrights get a raw deal in literary magazines and we're here to change that once and for all. Urban Stages Emerging Playwright Award
Our $500 Emerging Playwright Award (coupled with press coverage) is given to playwrights who show excellence and dedication throughout this process – from development to the stage. Our workshops are meant to prepare a play for our Off-Broadway stage. Box Office Supervisor
Playwrights Horizons seeks a full-time Box Office Supervisor for Ticket Central (a ticket service provider for the Off-Broadway community and many special events venues).  A successful candidate will be self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and be able to perform duties under pressure.  Reporting to the Director of Ticket Central, the Box Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the selling tickets and subscriptions, managing the box office staff, and setting the highest standard of customer service.

Theatre Manager
The Technical Director has the daily responsibility for the technical operations of the Beverly Arts Center, including lighting, sound, set design and construction, inside events such as theatre productions and dance concerts, outside events such as concerts, public meetings, etc, and coordinating necessary maintenance.

Atlantic Center for the Arts Residency #166
tlantic Center for the Arts is an innovative nonprofit artists-in-residence program that provides artists with an opportunity to work and collaborate with some of the world’s masters in the visual, literary, and performing arts. Since the program began in 1982, over 3500 artists have been served from the US and around the world.
